Manages healthcare client accounts throughout onboarding and ongoing service delivery. Builds executive relationships, leads client meetings and reviews, monitors satisfaction and service-level metrics, resolves issues, supports adoption and renewals, and identifies cross-sell opportunities. Collaborates with clinical and operational leaders, analyzes performance data, mentors team members, and leads process-improvement projects. The role requires approximately 25% travel.

Provides real-time interpretation of intraoperative neuromonitoring and electrophysiological data during surgery. Communicates findings to surgical teams, correlates results with patient status, completes postoperative case reviews and reports, supports quality improvement, and maintains current neuromonitoring expertise while working remotely.

Performs intraoperative neuromonitoring during spinal and neurological surgeries, assessing patients, interpreting electrophysiological waveforms, identifying nervous-system changes, and communicating alerts to surgeons and anesthesia teams. Responsibilities include patient education, equipment setup and transport, precise documentation, quality improvement, and collaboration in operating-room environments. Requires schedule flexibility, on-call availability, travel across the East Coast, and compliance with surgical safety protocols.
