Process accurate, compliant payroll for multiple clients across varying frequencies and multiple states. Responsibilities include validating and balancing payroll, managing off-cycle payments, supporting tax filings and year-end activities, resolving discrepancies, maintaining payroll configurations, improving processes, documenting procedures, managing client relationships, and meeting billable utilization targets.

The VP of Marketing will build and lead Mosaic’s internal marketing function, developing strategy for demand generation, brand positioning, content, digital channels, partner marketing, events, and sales enablement. The role owns marketing technology, website performance, campaign analytics, pipeline contribution, reporting, and marketing processes. This leader will manage and develop a marketing team while partnering with Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and executive leadership to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Leads UKG Pro implementations and post-live projects from discovery through go-live. Advises clients on system optimization, gathers functional requirements, configures and tests solutions, manages project delivery, and resolves obstacles. Mentors and guides consultants, supports team development, maintains client relationships and a book of business, and ensures projects meet timeline, budget, and quality expectations. The role is fully remote with up to 40% client travel.
