Own and enhance MongoDB’s Pigment financial planning platform in partnership with IT. Build and maintain models for forecasting, workforce planning, consolidation, and allocations; manage roadmap prioritization, governance, integrations, vendors, documentation, and stakeholder enablement. Improve model performance and usability, evaluate AI and automation opportunities, and translate finance requirements into scalable systems. The role requires strong FP&A expertise, hands-on Pigment administration, project management, and cross-functional communication.
