Provides peer-based mental health and substance use recovery support through an Assertive Community Treatment Team. Delivers individualized, group, and family services in community settings; assists participants with symptom management, daily living, housing, employment, finances, transportation, healthcare access, and social development. Documents progress, participates in assessments and treatment planning, leads activities, and supports participant self-determination. Requires lived recovery experience, CPSS certification, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Provides clinical and administrative oversight to ACTT Team Leads across multiple community-based behavioral health teams. Responsibilities include supervision, interim leadership, hiring and training support, compliance monitoring, clinical documentation review, quality assurance, corrective action planning, crisis coverage coordination, program improvement, and collaboration with operations leadership.

Provides financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and decision support for business segments and service lines. Leads budget and forecast cycles, develops financial and productivity reports, analyzes revenue and expenses, supports monthly close and audits, approves purchase orders, and presents financial insights to leadership and stakeholders. The role is remote for North Carolina residents, with possible travel to community and agency locations.
