Own renewal strategy, negotiations, and execution for an enterprise SaaS portfolio to protect and grow ARR. Partner with Client Management, Legal, and Finance to forecast accurately, mitigate renewal risk, and identify upsell opportunities while driving retention and expansion.

Lead frontend platform architecture across web and mobile: design and evolve design systems, component libraries, build tooling, accessibility, internationalization, and developer experience. Partner with backend teams on GraphQL/Python, maintain security and compliance, mentor engineers, drive cross-team initiatives, and deliver scalable, high-quality frontend foundations used by multiple product teams.

Design, build, and scale end-to-end user-facing web applications. Implement and maintain backend services and APIs, build frontend components (React), model relational data (PostgreSQL), collaborate with product and design, participate in technical design, mentor engineers, and deliver high-quality, user-focused features.
