As a Senior Client Manager, you will manage employer relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure client retention for Modern Health's mental health platform. You will collaborate with HR leaders and use data insights to improve service delivery.

Lead full‑stack development for the Care Journey product, owning design and delivery of GraphQL/Python APIs and React/React Native experiences. Write technical specs, drive large cross‑team projects, ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance, mentor engineers, participate in on‑call, and deliver performant, scalable systems across web and mobile.

Partner with GTM, Clinical Strategy, and Finance to build and maintain dbt models, client-facing reports, and dashboards. Perform SQL-based analyses, ROI and clinical outcomes reporting, and translate insights for non-technical stakeholders. Ensure data reliability through testing, code review, and collaboration with Data Engineering; support ad-hoc requests and automation of reporting.

Partner with the VP of Strategic Finance to perform financial and strategic analyses, develop pricing and go-to-market strategies, build financial models and processes, support cross-functional decision-making, and drive initiatives to scale growth and path to profitability.
