Modern Health Benefits Overview

Leads Modern Health’s strategic, enterprise, and global client management organization, overseeing 5–8 client managers and major accounts. Builds executive client relationships, drives retention, adoption, renewals, and expansion, and leads value management initiatives. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and other teams; manages escalations and complex negotiations; develops scalable operating models; and guides global client strategy. Requires extensive enterprise account leadership, financial acumen, Fortune 500 experience, and healthcare or benefits expertise preferred.

Own the revenue operations systems roadmap, GTM tooling architecture, reporting, dashboards, data quality, and analytics infrastructure. Lead cross-functional migrations, integrations, automation initiatives, and adoption programs across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product. Serve as the technical owner for Gainsight and Salesforce, translating complex data and system behavior into executive-ready recommendations. Establish reliability standards, improve operational effectiveness, mentor team members, and drive durable solutions that improve retention, cycle times, data integrity, and capacity.

Lead full-stack growth engineering across eligibility, identity, access, client configuration, and reporting systems. Build Python-based GraphQL and REST APIs, React and React Native experiences, scalable database systems, and secure HIPAA- and GDPR-compliant solutions. Own ambiguous cross-domain technical projects, write RFCs, coordinate roadmap delivery, mentor engineers, contribute to engineering strategy, and participate in on-call operations and remediation.
