Investigate fraudulent accounts, payouts, traffic sources, and partner activity across rewarded mobile apps. Analyze fraud patterns and MMP data, build risk rules and verification controls, quantify financial impact, and report results. Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, Support, and external partners to prevent fraud while minimizing false positives. The role also establishes review standards, mentors teammates, evaluates fraud tools, handles appeals, and helps develop AI-assisted fraud workflows.

Provide personalized customer support for product, app, and offer inquiries through email, chat, and social media. Resolve and escalate issues, maintain customer records, document interactions, recommend relevant products, and identify customer insights to improve support processes. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, problem-solving, confidentiality, and proficiency with G Suite and Zendesk.

Own strategy, roadmaps, discovery, experimentation, launch, and lifecycle management for multiple mobile utility and AI products. Lead cross-functional teams while optimizing subscriptions, advertising, data monetization, retention, and lifetime value. Use analytics, user research, competitive analysis, and AI-enabled workflows to make product decisions, collaborate with design and engineering, and deliver measurable business and user outcomes.
