Entry-level press assistant supporting press department operations: jog and palletize printed products, stage and pack for shipping, check quality, assist with make-ready and press maintenance, keep areas stocked and clean, and perform other in-line finishing tasks as assigned.

Supervise press operations and teams to meet production schedules and quality standards. Recruit, train, evaluate, and discipline staff; coordinate with prepress/postpress and scheduling; monitor press performance, waste, maintenance, and records; enforce safety and environmental policies; rotate between day and night 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
