Build and maintain full-stack features across a Ruby on Rails monolith and Go microservices. Develop candidate portals, partner integrations, I-9 workflows, adjudication tools, asynchronous vendor pipelines, and AI-powered document and automation features. Own work end to end, including testing, code review, deployment, monitoring, and major user experience paths. Work with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SFTP, and server-rendered frontends.

Set technical direction for AI platform architecture across multiple engineering teams while building production Python systems. Develop agent orchestration, tooling, governance, evaluation, cloud-native services, data persistence, security, testing, CI/CD, and observability patterns. Serve as a technical advisor and embedded expert on complex initiatives, influence roadmaps and staffing, and mentor engineers across the organization.

Own product marketing for the GRC portfolio, including positioning, messaging, persona segmentation, competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, product launches, go-to-market execution, and sales enablement. Build reporting frameworks connecting marketing activity to pipeline, win rate, and retention. Design AI-assisted workflows and agents to automate competitive monitoring, launch production, and enablement content. Collaborate with product, sales, customer marketing, analyst relations, and demand generation teams.
