Coordinates on-site execution of integrated MEP projects, including equipment delivery, installation, QA/QC inspections, commissioning support, scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, technical issue resolution, and safety compliance. Collaborates with project managers, engineering leads, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery within budget.

Leads technical execution and team development for connected services projects involving power monitoring and control systems. Responsibilities include platform selection, system architecture, design reviews, installation support, testing, commissioning, customer interface, budgeting, change orders, subcontractor management, and project delivery. Oversees applications ranging from $50,000 to $20 million, coordinates cross-functional and supplier resources, manages risks, and may indirectly supervise 5–10 employees.

Build and lead MCG’s enterprise marketing function across six Centers of Excellence. Develop positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, integrated campaigns, digital strategy, market intelligence, sales enablement, and content programs for engineered power solutions. Establish marketing processes, analytics, reporting, budgets, vendor partnerships, and a scalable team while personally executing priority deliverables. Partner with product, engineering, sales, and operations leaders to translate technical capabilities into customer value and support growth, acquisitions, and new service lines.
