Lead Inside Sales and Sales Support teams to produce accurate, compliant, and timely customer proposals for standard and complex facility-level electrical distribution solutions. Manage onboarding, training, performance, cross-functional coordination with Estimating/Engineering/Operations/Legal/OEMs, margin and pricing alignment, and continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, and tools to drive revenue, booking, and opportunity management targets.

Coordinate MEP activities across departments to support equipment delivery, installation, QA/QC testing, and startup. Manage schedules, resolve technical issues, enforce quality and safety, and ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and specification requirements.

Lead a portfolio of engineered-to-order projects for strategic accounts, manage and develop a PM team, align cross-functional stakeholders, mitigate risks proactively, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery with frequent production-floor engagement.
