Own 2–4 high-value data center strategic accounts, developing multi-year account plans, executive relationships, expansion strategies, and joint solution roadmaps. Lead dedicated account teams through complex, multi-phase capital programs, maintain Salesforce forecasting and pipeline accuracy, protect installed-base relationships, and represent customer needs internally. Success includes increased wallet share, active executive sponsorship, qualified pipeline growth, and durable customer partnerships.

Leads technical execution and team development for connected services projects involving power monitoring and control systems. Responsibilities include platform selection, system architecture, design reviews, installation support, testing, commissioning, customer interface, budgeting, change orders, subcontractor management, and project delivery. Oversees applications ranging from $50,000 to $20 million, coordinates cross-functional and supplier resources, manages risks, and may indirectly supervise 5–10 employees.
