Leads traveling coverage across nationwide clinics, acting as Clinic Manager during staffing needs. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, managing the sales cycle, promoting treatment packages, achieving revenue KPIs, analyzing sales data, coaching teams, supporting clinic operations, and training new managers. Requires extensive travel, adaptability, consultative selling expertise, team leadership, and a valid driver’s license.

Assists clinic leadership by driving sales KPIs, conducting personalized client consultations, recommending treatment packages and add-on services, and supporting financing discussions. Manages appointments, client records, calls, transactions, opening and closing duties, and treatment-room upkeep. Leads daily clinic operations and maintains service standards when the clinic manager is absent. Requires strong communication, teamwork, confidentiality, computer proficiency, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Lead and coach clinic managers to drive consistent sales and KPI performance across a region. Conduct frequent clinic visits, review consultations, enforce SOPs, run performance evaluations, hire and mentor staff, manage HR issues, execute promotions and initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to remove barriers to regional success.
