Owns and resolves escalated, account-aligned customer incidents by coordinating engineering, operations, vendors, and stakeholders. Manages expectations, communicates status to leadership and customers, mentors teammates, identifies systemic issues, drives process improvements, and supports strategic projects to improve resolution times and customer satisfaction.

Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other ERP platforms. Perform advanced troubleshooting using Visual Studio, Azure telemetry, SQL, KQL and diagnostic tools. Resolve finance, supply chain, deployment, integration, upgrade and performance issues; escalate to engineering as needed. Create technical documentation, mentor peers, and participate in onboarding and readiness activities.
