Lead Azure AI Operations strategy and delivery for customer support. Translate customer and operational pain points into agentic AI, LLM, RAG, copilot, and automation solutions. Partner with engineering, data, product, support, and field teams to deploy, monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI-powered operational capabilities. Define KPIs, observability, responsible AI practices, roadmaps, and adoption strategies that reduce case volume and resolution times while improving customer experience.

Own and resolve complex customer support cases for newly launched Microsoft products. Reproduce issues using logs, traces, test environments, and experimentation; investigate root causes; communicate clearly with customers; and escalate well-defined issues to engineering when needed. Create troubleshooting guides, knowledge-base content, playbooks, and training materials. Mentor support engineers, advise customers, manage expectations, and contribute to product readiness and supportability.

Manages integration and technical infrastructure fit-out for Microsoft data center lease projects. Oversees project plans, milestones, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, safety compliance, procurement, telecom and security installations, network infrastructure, design improvements, and process optimization across multiple sites.
