Leads FEMA Individual Assistance and disaster recovery programs for state, local, tribal, and territorial clients. Oversees multidisciplinary teams, staffing, budgets, deliverables, performance, compliance, and client relationships. Advises government officials on survivor services, housing assistance, disaster case management, and recovery strategies. Develops scalable operational models, mitigates program risks, supports mobilization and business development, and coordinates with FEMA, emergency management agencies, communities, and partner organizations. Travel to disaster-affected locations is required.

Leads FEMA Public Assistance and disaster recovery programs for state, local, tribal, and territorial clients. Advises senior stakeholders on eligibility, funding, compliance, project formulation, reimbursement, appeals, audits, and closeout. Manages multidisciplinary teams, staffing, budgets, schedules, deliverables, risks, and client relationships while coordinating with FEMA and government agencies. Provides executive briefings, mentorship, proposal support, and strategic guidance throughout the disaster recovery lifecycle. Travel to client and disaster-affected locations is required.

Drive net-new business development and full-cycle sales for DATAMARK’s indoor mapping and spatial intelligence SaaS platform across East Coast commercial, public safety, and enterprise markets. Responsibilities include prospecting, presentations, proposals, contract closing, pipeline management, client relationship development, cross-selling, conference participation, procurement support, and coordination with technical delivery teams. The role is remote with up to 50% travel.
