Own the full sales cycle for the Charlotte territory: prospect, develop relationships, structure and negotiate complex deals, deliver proposals and presentations, manage pipeline and forecasting in CRM, collaborate cross-functionally on underwriting and operations, and leverage AI tools to improve workflows and drive net-new business.

Serve as primary relationship manager for airline clients and vendor couriers, overseeing day-to-day operations, SLAs, and escalations. Produce QBRs and performance reports, leverage data and AI to improve logistics and ETA accuracy, partner with Product and Engineering on feature requests, and optimize vendor courier networks to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Serve as primary relationship manager for airline clients and vendor couriers in baggage logistics. Oversee day-to-day vendor operations, enforce SLAs, lead QBRs, translate data into insights, handle escalations, and partner with Product and Engineering to implement AI-driven operational improvements.
