Coordinates financial education workshop operations, including event registration, setup, customer and attendance data maintenance, survey processing, reporting, stakeholder communication, onboarding, documentation, and process improvement. The role supports Program Directors, implementation teams, vendors, sales, leadership, and business partners while managing competing priorities and ensuring accurate, timely event delivery.

Manages unit leaders overseeing Short Term Disability and absence claims teams. Establishes performance expectations, removes barriers, develops team capabilities, and drives customer service, expense management, claim accuracy, and operational efficiency. Uses performance data, claim reviews, call monitoring, automation, and AI strategies to address root causes and improve outcomes. Partners with internal and external customers, supports team accountability, and escalates issues with recommended solutions.

Defines customer needs, personas, problem statements, value propositions, and product solutions for disability and absence insurance. Analyzes data and market trends, identifies gaps, leads process reengineering using AI and APIs, manages the product backlog, and partners with product, operations, technology, customers, and stakeholders to improve outcomes and efficiency.
