Provides financial support for group insurance clients through billing management, financial reporting, data analysis, reconciliations, revenue projections, audits, and data integrity oversight. Partners with internal and external stakeholders on implementations, renewals, underwriting, and client presentations. Documents and improves financial processes, supports compliance requirements, monitors financial trends and metrics, and contributes to cross-functional initiatives that improve operational effectiveness.

Oversee DHMO quality management and utilization management governance, regulatory committees, audit readiness, corrective action monitoring, compliance reporting, and quality improvement. Analyze operational, financial, regulatory, satisfaction, grievance, and performance data to identify risks and trends. Develop governance processes, policies, reporting frameworks, and documentation standards. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to improve compliance, organizational performance, member experience, and provider outcomes.

Provides production support for CRM, workflow, and AI-enabled business platforms. Responsibilities include issue triage, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, user onboarding, access and configuration administration, release readiness, user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and coordination across business and technology teams. The role also identifies recurring issues and process improvements that enhance platform stability, adoption, and user experience.
