The Regional Vice President develops relationships with prospective wealth management clients, assesses their financial needs, presents tailored Mercer Advisors solutions, and manages the sales pipeline from prospecting through conversion. The role requires strong financial services expertise, client relationship skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to drive sales in a high-volume environment. It may involve meetings by phone, Zoom, or in person, along with travel and occasional schedule flexibility.

Lead and support mergers and acquisitions through target valuation, financial due diligence, synergy analysis, deal-structure recommendations, and post-merger integration. Build financial models, coordinate diligence with internal teams and external advisors, prepare leadership and Board reporting, analyze transaction performance, and conduct market research. The role partners closely with the CFO, M&A principals, legal teams, consultants, and prospective sellers to improve Partner Development strategy and execution.

Build and maintain dbt transformation models and Power BI semantic layers on Microsoft Fabric. Establish data quality testing, observability, governance, CI/CD, documentation, and access controls. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define reliable metrics and data products, optimize performance and costs, troubleshoot issues, and mentor analysts and engineers while advancing analytics engineering standards.
