Manage leads and prospect lists, coordinate job walks, bids and estimates, and track large project opportunities from funding to close. Build and maintain client relationships, coordinate with operations and estimating, monitor market and competitor activity, resolve customer complaints, assist with collections, maintain sales records, and conduct local travel for client prospecting and site meetings.

Construct, repair, and assemble wooden or job-specific industrial crates using hand and power tools. Measure, cut, fasten, brace, and apply shock-absorbing materials. Read blueprints, perform necessary math, use precision measuring tools, follow safety procedures, and supervise/mentor other crating staff for lead-level roles.
