Own and develop a defined territory of mid-market and enterprise accounts, conducting personalized multi-channel outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads. Engage finance and IT decision-makers, conduct discovery, handle objections, generate qualified pipeline, and partner with Account Executives on account planning and handoffs. Maintain accurate Salesforce data, build Outreach sequences, track conversion metrics, use prospecting and intent tools, and continuously improve outreach through coaching and performance analysis.

Maintain accurate Salesforce records, build Outreach sequences, track conversion metrics, use AI tools responsibly, and continuously improve performance through coaching and experimentation.

Serve as US HR SME managing compliance, HRIS (HiBob), PEO liaison (ADP TotalSource), onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits (including 401(k)), employee relations and ER cases (PIPs), policy updates, audits, and US-specific HR projects while partnering with global HR and payroll teams.
