Manage a high-touch book of strategic client accounts, leading client relationship strategy, renewals, upsells, and financial performance. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, present analytic and pricing scenarios to executives, and drive sustainable growth and client satisfaction.

Define and manage product strategy and full lifecycle for MedImpact products. Collaborate with business, IT, and stakeholders to create roadmaps, requirements, testing, training, and adoption materials. Track KPIs, prioritize backlogs, support sales/RFPs, and ensure on-time delivery and operational readiness.

Manage an assigned book of business to achieve revenue targets and client retention. Develop and execute annual strategic account plans, lead renewals and negotiations, oversee implementations, coordinate cross-functional account teams, deliver executive client briefings, and use internal reporting tools and MS Office to support client service, growth, and operational efficiency.
