Lead Charlotte metro business development by building client relationships, generating and qualifying proposal pipeline, coordinating pursuits with marketing and operations, representing the firm at events, conducting market research, and supporting regional offices. Drive pursuit strategy, support proposal readiness, and help convert relationships into awarded A/E/C projects while mentoring local BD efforts and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Manages green stormwater infrastructure projects from design through construction administration, including client relationships, project teams, budgets, schedules, permitting, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, quality control, and stakeholder reporting. Leads stormwater designs, retrofits, construction drawings, watershed studies, and site visits while mentoring staff, coordinating consultants, supporting business development, and contributing technical expertise to environmental protection strategies.

Designs and oversees hydraulic and hydrologic elements for multimodal transportation and roadway projects. Responsibilities include drainage design, erosion and sediment control, permitting, technical analyses, plans, specifications, cost estimates, quality control, field reviews, and coordination with consultants and internal teams. The role also supports project schedules, bidding, business development, client relationships, and mentoring junior staff.
