Design and consume REST and WebSocket APIs, optimize PostgreSQL queries, maintain security/compliance for government and enterprise clients, own testing strategy and internal tooling, and integrate AI coding agents into daily development workflows. Contribute to open-source codebase.

The Senior Account Executive for the Navy Sector will develop strategic territory plans, manage sales cycles, and build relationships with Navy stakeholders to drive new business and revenue growth for Mattermost's software solutions.

Own and modernize the companys governance, risk, and compliance program across federal and commercial markets. Lead certification and surveillance cycles, run risk and third-party vendor programs, apply GRC engineering and AI for automation and continuous controls monitoring, coordinate external audits, manage customer security assurance, and grow a scalable GRC team.
