Respond to guest repair requests and perform complex maintenance on building systems (HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing). Troubleshoot MEP systems, use preventive maintenance and energy management programs, follow Lockout/Tagout, maintain inventory, and train/mentor other engineers. Perform Engineer on Duty duties and adhere to safety, appearance, and guest service standards.

Lead a global team to define strategy, design, implement, and operate scalable, secure enterprise office network services. Own roadmap, vendor relationships, compliance, availability, observability, and operational excellence while partnering with architecture, security, and business stakeholders to deliver resilient, cloud-aware networking solutions.

Support identification, evaluation, and pursuit of luxury hotel and branded residential development opportunities across the U.S. and CALA. Generate leads, perform market and price/pace analyses, coordinate feasibility/design/review processes, prepare term sheets/RFPs, track deals and committee workflows, implement process automation, and manage owner/developer communications and events.
