Teams at Marqeta

Lead and grow a team of enterprise AEs and AMs targeting F1000 customers in payments. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, build executive relationships, drive new logo bookings and in-year expansion, manage forecasts and pipeline, and align cross-functionally to deliver complex, multi-product platform solutions.

Manage reviews of external marketing content and campaigns to ensure compliance with consumer protection and advertising regulations; provide cross-functional compliance advisory, monitor regulatory trends, support regulatory responses, and maintain relationships with banking partners and customers.

Provide high-quality, customer-facing production support for Marqeta's card issuing platform: respond to tickets, diagnose and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, coordinate with Engineering/Product, run on-call rotations, improve processes and automation, mentor junior engineers, and document learnings to improve service delivery and customer experience.
