Leads sales growth across the Western U.S. by developing dealer, fleet, OEM, vocational, and strategic account relationships. Responsibilities include consultative selling, regional account planning, opportunity qualification, forecasting, quote coordination, customer retention, and collaboration with engineering, operations, procurement, and leadership. The manager represents Fontaine at customer meetings, dealer visits, trade events, and industry engagements while aligning truck modification solutions with customer needs and business outcomes.

Serve as a strategic HR partner across two manufacturing facilities, advising leaders on talent, performance, change management, DEI, and compliance. Drive HR initiatives, workforce analytics, training, and talent acquisition; ensure alignment with business objectives and employment laws while supporting culture, employee relations, and leadership development.

Drive technical sales of high-purity water treatment solutions to corporate accounts in power generation and petrochemical markets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage the sales pipeline, secure major deals, build executive-level relationships, forecast new business, represent the company at industry events, and communicate market trends to internal teams. Frequent travel required.
