Leads Marathon Health University’s enterprise learning ecosystem, onboarding, learning programs, technology, communications, engagement, and continuous improvement. Manages learning technology, vendors, and a technology administrator while partnering with stakeholders to address capability gaps and deliver scalable learning solutions. Uses AI, automation, data, dashboards, and learner feedback to improve adoption and effectiveness. Provides people leadership, establishes governance and standards, and coordinates program execution across facilitators, subject matter experts, and external partners.

Administers and optimizes Marathon Health’s enterprise learning technology ecosystem, including platform configuration, integrations, data integrity, reporting, troubleshooting, and learner support. Leads learning technology implementations and cross-functional projects from requirements through launch and optimization. Develops dashboards and analytics, supports learning content and user experience, and identifies AI-enabled workflows to improve learning operations and knowledge access.

Leads the People Partner function, team, and enterprise people strategy. Advises senior business and clinical leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee relations, compliance, and change management. Oversees Workday optimization, people analytics, responsible AI and automation initiatives, workforce programs, vendors, and policy governance across a complex healthcare organization.
