The PRN Physician is responsible for providing high-quality primary care to patients, focusing on preventative health and chronic disease management, while working in a supportive environment with a smaller patient panel.

Provide relationship-based primary care at top of license including prevention, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education. Work autonomously with extended appointment times, use clinical resources (UpToDate, RubiconMD), and focus on patient outcomes rather than volume.

Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile features using React/React Native. Build scalable backend services (C#, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails) and RESTful APIs. Work with AWS (ECS/EKS/Lambda), Terraform, Kafka/Debezium, and databases. Collaborate with product and design, follow CI/CD and best practices, and operate autonomously.

The FP&A Analyst will coordinate financial analysis and reporting, manage budgets, and provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce enhancements: gather requirements, design solutions, configure platform (objects, flows, LWCs), manage QA/UAT and releases, monitor integrations, resolve defects, maintain documentation, and provide post-deployment support and training.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for patient and provider platforms; mentor engineers; integrate AI-augmented engineering tools; enforce API, data modeling, and architectural best practices across React/React Native and backend services; optimize CI/CD, observability, and reliability metrics; drive technical spikes, POCs, and cross-team alignment.

Design, build, and own Marathon's core cloud platform (primarily AWS). Implement IaC (Terraform), automation, self-service, and reliability-by-design. Define platform standards, embed security and compliance (SOC2/HIPAA/HITRUST) into workflows, reduce incidents through better design, and mentor other engineers.
