Supports the design, testing, launch, and scaling of marketplace programs. Builds tools and frameworks, develops analytical insights, and collaborates with product, marketing, data science, finance, and operations teams to remove obstacles and improve program outcomes. The role requires operational rigor, marketplace knowledge, strong analytics, cross-functional execution, organization, and comfort working in ambiguous early-stage environments.

Coordinate customer open source contribution engagements with account, product, and engineering teams. Run contributor recognition programs, develop communications and events, promote initiatives internally and externally, and improve workflows using existing tools and AI agents. This is a community and program coordination role rather than hands-on engineering.

Build and ship features for a large-scale Android app using Kotlin and modern Android technologies. Responsibilities include writing tested code, collaborating with product and design teams, improving performance and stability, partnering on APIs and data flows, and participating in code reviews. The role is a full-time, long-term remote contract within the U.S.
