Lead Magnet Forensics' global tax function, owning income, indirect tax, and transfer pricing strategy and compliance. Advise executives on international structuring, manage US and global tax compliance and audits, own the income tax provision, monitor global tax legislation (eg. BEPS/Pillar Two), and build and mentor a cross-border tax team while partnering with Finance, Legal, Treasury, and business stakeholders.

Lead and hands-on contribute to embedded Linux platform development: bootloader, kernel, device trees, root filesystem, build/update systems, board bring-up, debugging, releases, and cross-team coordination. Provide technical leadership, plan work, delegate, and grow into formal management.

The Senior Frontend Software Engineer will design, develop, and enhance frontend capabilities on the Graykey platform, ensuring quality code and collaboration with design and QA teams.
