Lead federal business development for health, readiness, and workforce support: build and manage pipeline, qualify opportunities, support capture and proposals, mentor BD staff, develop account strategies, and present strategic insights to leadership to drive revenue growth.

Supervise and manage Personal Financial Counselors (PFCs), ensure DoD program compliance, review deliverables, oversee counseling quality, coordinate with installation POCs, handle conflict of interest and reporting processes, and support quality improvement and program reporting.

Serve as a senior IT business/systems analyst bridging IT and clinical business units: gather and translate data and system requirements, document processes and high-level technical designs, support integrations and data quality, define user stories and acceptance criteria, coach junior analysts, lead prototyping, and drive implementations using Agile practices.
