Lead and develop a team of Sales Specialists to drive growth in higher education disciplines. Provide coaching, field support, cross-functional coordination with Marketing and Editorial, sales strategy execution, forecasting, and market feedback. Travel frequently to support sales meetings, conferences, and training; manage hiring, training, and performance of direct reports.

Lead administration and optimization of the Snowflake data warehouse. Design and enforce data management and security policies, tune performance and costs, lead migrations and ETL initiatives, manage Snowflake roles/SSO, mentor DBAs, and maintain architecture documentation while collaborating with data engineers and analysts.

Contract Security Analyst (3-month) responsible for rapid incident response, threat hunting, and security investigations. Tune detection rules and access controls, analyze logs and trends, produce concise reports, and communicate findings to IT and leadership. Collaborate across teams to mitigate threats and refine security strategies. Scripting/automation (PowerShell, KQL, Python) is preferred.
