Leads Client Success operations for PBM clients, managing account managers, client relationships, strategic initiatives, service delivery, issue resolution, onboarding, process improvement, and team development. Partners with internal teams and account executives to improve operational efficiency, resolve escalated issues, and deliver scalable client support. Requires PBM industry knowledge, account management experience, leadership skills, and travel up to 25%.

Manage and grow healthcare and PBM client relationships, lead account strategies and renewals, negotiate contracts, identify upsell opportunities, resolve escalated issues, support RFPs and onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to improve client outcomes and business growth.

Performs underwriting, pricing, risk assessment, financial modeling, and analytics for pharmacy benefit programs. Evaluates underwriting models, identifies market trends and competitive opportunities, improves profitability, collaborates with finance, operations, and clinical teams, and communicates recommendations to leadership. The role also develops underwriting guidelines, manages external stakeholder relationships, and uses data analytics tools to enhance processes.
