Lead product strategy and roadmap for JLV within VA Clinical Informatics. Gather clinician and stakeholder input, prioritize backlog using WSJF, translate requirements into deliverable epics, support PI planning and program-level reporting, and ensure alignment with VA policy, security, and modernization goals.

Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams modernizing VA healthcare systems. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, remove impediments, manage backlogs, track sprint metrics, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, support release planning, and use tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps to drive delivery.

Manage and optimize Salesforce release processes for a VA program: maintain CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot deployments, enforce release schedules and quality, document and improve procedures, mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
