Lead and improve the Forms team to design, develop, test, and deliver features for real-estate transaction platforms. Manage processes, mentor and hire staff, maintain database tables, ensure coding, compliance, and security standards, handle escalations, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and drive continuous team and product improvements.

Lead client implementations, training, data conversions, and onboarding for the Lone Wolf platform. Perform needs assessments, project planning, configuration, UAT and escalated support; provide product training and status updates; collaborate with Product, QA and Business Solutions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and guide clients on data extracts and third-party API use.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers as a trusted advisor to drive adoption, define success plans, mitigate risk, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure renewal readiness through proactive engagement and measurable outcomes.
