Requires advanced financial analysis, scenario modeling, communication, and business-partnering skills in a global, fast-paced environment.

Leads the enterprise strategy and execution for high-volume job ingestion systems, including scraping, ATS feeds, parsing, normalization, deduplication, schema mapping, and event processing. Partners with engineering, search, SEO, mobile, alerts, and go-to-market teams to improve job quality, freshness, latency, engagement, and monetization. Establishes data governance and operational metrics while coaching product managers and communicating technical investments to executives.

Lead strategy and execution for the digital storefront to optimize path-to-purchase and lifetime value. Coordinate cross-functional squads, run advanced A/B experimentation, define metrics and event tracking, prioritize roadmap based on user insights, and collaborate with engineering on technical tradeoffs to drive conversion and revenue.
