Manages accounting team inboxes, communicates with internal and external customers, maintains accounting databases and reports, and provides backup support to teammates while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Manage and grow a portfolio of government and public-sector accounts using the GovDeals online auction platform. Responsibilities include client onboarding, training, support, utilization growth, account re-engagement, listing quality review, presentations, and collaboration with sales teams. The role involves onsite asset cataloging, description gathering, photography, conferences, and extensive travel within an assigned territory while maintaining strong client relationships.

Own and prioritize product backlogs, define user stories and acceptance criteria, elicit and translate requirements, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and collaborate with product, design, development, QA, clients, and stakeholders. The role also supports roadmap execution, defect prioritization, usability testing, release documentation, customer training materials, validation testing, and daily Jira management while serving as a product subject matter expert.
