Owns the architecture, implementation, monitoring, security, and support of a hybrid enterprise network spanning physical sites, AWS, Azure, and remote users. Leads cloud connectivity modernization, network deployments, troubleshooting, incident response, automation, documentation, vendor relationships, and resilience improvements. Provides technical mentorship and participates in on-call support.

Manages client-facing eCommerce programs by translating business goals into workplans, coordinating cross-functional teams and marketplace partners, and tracking milestones, risks, and results. Interprets reporting across sales, pricing, promotions, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and marketplace health to develop recommendations. Leads stakeholder communication, issue resolution, requirements definition, process improvements, and implementation measurement across eCommerce operations.

Manage and grow a portfolio of government and public-sector accounts for an online auction platform. Responsibilities include client onboarding, training, support, utilization growth, account re-engagement, listing quality review, presentations, and collaboration with sales teams. The role involves extensive field travel, onsite client support, asset cataloging, photography, conferences, and frequent interaction with government agencies.
