Lead and grow a data and analytics engineering team to design and own Limble's analytical data infrastructure, reporting framework, data pipelines, and governance. Partner with product to translate analytics needs, enforce SLAs and observability for data freshness and quality, drive architectural decisions, and remain hands-on to review designs and unblock the team.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of large web features, mentor junior engineers, raise code quality through reviews and pairing, drive technical decisions, operate in React/GraphQL stacks, apply AI-assisted development, participate in hiring, and support on-call rotations to deliver high-quality, maintainable SaaS software.

Lead design and implementation of customer-facing APIs and Prismatic-based integrations; drive architecture, scaling, reliability, code quality, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver low-defect, maintainable integration solutions.
