Manage and renew assigned enterprise client accounts while expanding revenue through upselling additional services and fees. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, complete Salesforce activities, scope A-LIGN services, and communicate client needs to service delivery teams. The role involves developing strong client and partner relationships through phone, internet, site visits, and industry trade shows. Experience in account expansion and cybersecurity, SaaS, or professional services sales is preferred.

Manage and renew an assigned mid-market client portfolio while increasing revenue through upselling services and fees. The role requires forecasting sales, completing Salesforce tasks, scoping cybersecurity compliance services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and the service delivery team. Account Executives communicate client needs internally, conduct outreach through phone and internet channels, and participate in client site visits and industry trade shows.

Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation programs across paid search, paid social, CTV/OTT, display, and content syndication to drive qualified leads and pipeline. Manage multi-million dollar budgets, run tests on channels and creative, analyze funnel and pipeline metrics, partner with GTM teams for attribution and CRM hygiene, and support ABM, webinars, and nurture programs.
