Responsibilities include scripting, platform architecture, performance optimization, requirements analysis, customer collaboration, Agile/Scrum development, and advising teams on ServiceNow best practices. The role supports multiple instances and domains while maintaining platform stability and enterprise integrations. U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance are required.

Own full-stack modernization of complex federal legacy systems using Palantir as the target platform. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, designing scalable applications, developing Java and Spring Boot backend services and APIs, building React-based user interfaces, integrating legacy environments, troubleshooting across application and data layers, and supporting the full SDLC. The role also requires stakeholder collaboration, code reviews, Agile delivery, and simplifying undocumented or inefficient processes.

Leads requirements gathering, process design, gap analysis, user-story development, and UAT for federal ServiceNow implementations. Translates mission needs into scalable solutions, supports Agile delivery, reviews requirements and functional designs, develops process documentation and training materials, mentors junior team members, and ensures compliance with federal accessibility and security standards including Section 508, FISMA, and NIST.
