Build and support ETL pipelines, data marts, and reporting structures; design KPIs and Power BI dashboards; analyze datasets to deliver actionable business insights; partner with stakeholders to translate requirements and work within Agile teams to improve BI solutions.

Lead implementation of regulatory and contractual requirements across Commercial, Exchange, Medicaid, and Medicare lines. Monitor and interpret regulations, maintain a requirements repository, coordinate cross-functional implementation and validation, manage audits and corrective actions, maintain compliance plans and dashboards, oversee HIPAA incident management and training, conduct risk assessments, and report findings to leadership and the Board.
