Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients adopting and scaling Nexis+ AI. Build executive relationships, lead onboarding, adoption, success planning, QBRs, expansion, renewals, and risk mitigation. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to advocate for clients and influence the AI roadmap. Drive change management, training, best-practice enablement, and value realization while tracking usage, adoption, NPS, churn, and account health.

Supports legal content operations through legal and factual research, document analysis, citation verification, contract administration, content preparation, and lifecycle coordination. Develops reports, dashboards, and performance metrics; manages content sorting and processing handoffs; supports vendor onboarding and evaluation; identifies operational issues; and contributes to automation, workflow optimization, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across legal, technology, operations, and product teams.

Supports software sales through technical and functional demonstrations, RFP and security questionnaire responses, webinars, proof-of-concept tools, training, and solution architecture. The role requires deep knowledge of SaaS products, AI policies, hosting and security controls, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value. It partners with Sales, Proposal Management, Product Management, Marketing, and Professional Services while contributing to sales enablement and product feedback. Business travel may reach 25–30% annually.
