Supports regional marketing operations across multiple divisions by coordinating workflows, trackers, calendars, vendors, budgets, invoices, events, community launches, and marketing deliverables. Analyzes invoices, expenses, allocations, reconciliations, depreciation schedules, journal entries, and financial data. Prepares reports and dashboard data loads, investigates discrepancies, supports vendor setup and treasury activities, and provides financial insights to stakeholders. Maintains allocation databases, identifies process improvements, and contributes to finance projects and initiatives while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
