Lead and scale A/B and multivariate experimentation across digital funnels. Manage hypothesis generation, test execution, analysis, and KPI tracking. Partner with product, marketing, design, engineering, and analytics to prioritize experiments, communicate results to stakeholders, and mentor junior team members to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.

Lead SMS growth product strategy and technical implementation: build experiments, KPI architecture and revenue models; translate priorities into product requirements, partner with CRM/Data/Engineering, run SQL analyses, optimize funnel and monetization, and validate launches to scale SMS across verticals.

Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to define and measure the customer journey, identify funnel optimization opportunities, run deep-dive analyses and A/B tests, build measurement frameworks and dashboards, partner with Data Engineering to establish scalable data pipelines and event tracking, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and mentor junior analysts to influence product strategy and business outcomes.
