Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery practices for multiple software teams, partnering with Product and Engineering to plan, prioritize, and track work. Remove impediments, monitor progress and team performance through delivery metrics, coach teams on Agile principles, and improve flow, predictability, collaboration, and communication across functions.

Leads the design, implementation, maintenance, optimization, and architecture of enterprise Fortinet network infrastructure. Designs AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud connectivity; manages network security, VPNs, SD-WAN, observability, and high availability. Develops Terraform, Python, Ansible, and CI/CD automation, supports incident response and SRE practices, documents systems, mentors engineers, and participates in an on-call rotation.

Serve as technical lead for designing and building complex distributed systems and enterprise platforms. Lead architecture, develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices, mentor engineers, participate in SDLC and design reviews, troubleshoot applications, and ensure delivery in Agile environments.
