Lead end-to-end customer contract lifecycle: draft, negotiate, execute, and manage MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, licensing, and data/privacy addenda. Partner with Legal, Finance, and M&A to standardize and scale contracting across SaaS/PaaS and services, oversee CLM systems, resolve escalations, train stakeholders, and mentor junior team members to ensure compliance and business enablement.

Provide remote crisis triage and referral for students via the CSS Slack channel, respond to crisis requests, refer learners to appropriate community resources, follow up when needed, and cover scheduled 8-hour shifts within specified Pacific Time hours.

Lead and scale IT operations: hands-on help desk triage, account and endpoint management, onboarding/offboarding, vendor and budget ownership, FinOps pipeline design, security and backup/DR, workflow automations, and mentoring a small IT team while building processes and automations to reduce manual effort.
