Designs, implements, and troubleshoots large-scale platform deployment automations supporting DoD ABMS and JADC2 systems. The role integrates technologies into secure orchestrated solutions, develops installation and testing procedures, automates infrastructure and system management, maintains containerized PaaS environments, documents technical processes, and participates in Agile ceremonies. Responsibilities include DevSecOps, GitOps, infrastructure as code, Linux administration, virtualization, networking, and configuration management.

Build and evolve distributed platforms, microservices, intelligent agents, and AI-enabled services. Lead hands-on software development while defining agent orchestration, Infrastructure as Code, controls-as-code, CI/CD, security, and compliance practices. Partner with systems engineers and security stakeholders, translate mission needs into scalable solutions, establish development standards, mentor engineers, and guide architecture and technical decisions in secure, regulated environments.

Build backend services, microservices, APIs, intelligent agents, and AI-enabled workflows for secure mission-critical platforms. Implement Infrastructure as Code, orchestration logic, CI/CD pipelines, and secure cloud deployments aligned with ATO requirements. Collaborate with software, systems, and security engineers using Git-based development practices. Document code, agent behavior, workflows, and system interactions while contributing to an everything-as-code approach.
