Designs and evaluates post-quantum cryptography solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Responsibilities include assessing quantum-related risks, maintaining cryptographic inventories, developing migration strategies, supporting crypto-agile architectures, testing algorithms with classical and quantum tools, and aligning modernization efforts with NIST and federal cybersecurity standards. The role also develops cryptographic engineering solutions, conducts security assessments, and communicates technical recommendations to government stakeholders and enterprise teams.

Processes high-volume, complex payroll for U.S. employees, including union, expatriate, off-cycle, tax, garnishment, deduction, and special-pay scenarios. Investigates payroll issues, supports audits and employee escalations, validates manual payments and uploads, and ensures regulatory compliance. Partners with HR, Finance, Time & Labor, and external stakeholders on system testing, integrations, process improvements, documentation, training, and team mentorship.

Provides onsite and remote desktop and site support for TSA locations. Duties include troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, peripherals, and endpoints; installing, configuring, replacing, and validating equipment; handling IMAC and break/fix activities; documenting tickets and assets; coordinating escalations, vendors, logistics, dispatches, and customer communications; and supporting deployments, projects, surge activities, and service continuity.
