The role uses telemetry and employee experience data to identify root causes, improve endpoint and application performance, reduce support effort, and guide digital adoption. Responsibilities include platform governance, documentation, reporting, continuous improvement, and collaboration with infrastructure, security, service management, and engineering teams across a large enterprise.

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of a cloud-native, event-driven TFDM platform using Kafka and streaming technologies. Drive AI-assisted development, containerization, IaC, CI/CD, and production reliability. Provide hands-on development, mentoring, troubleshooting, executive briefings, and oversight across integrations, security, testing, and deployments.

Leads communications, stakeholder engagement, and customer experience initiatives for U.S. Coast Guard programs. Develops executive briefings, newsletters, reports, communication strategies, journey maps, engagement plans, and change management materials. Gathers and analyzes customer feedback and program metrics, recommends service improvements, supports governance activities, and coordinates across leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath RPA automations and reusable components. Support process discovery, pilots, integration with enterprise systems, documentation, performance metrics, cybersecurity compliance, and user adoption for U.S. Coast Guard automation initiatives.

Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based, AI-enabled software for safety-critical air-traffic systems. Work in Agile/SAFe teams to implement CI/CD/DevSecOps practices, integrate with databases, messaging, and external APIs, use AI-assisted tools, and support testing, performance tuning, and reliable delivery while meeting Public Trust and U.S. citizenship requirements.
