Lead and support a global Army network migration and operations: assess legacy environments, design/implement secure SD-WAN/MPLS/VRF routing, optimize performance, enforce DoD security/STIGs, document designs, and direct operations support staff.

Serve as subject matter expert for U.S. and Canadian payroll tax compliance. Independently research and resolve complex payroll tax issues, manage agency inquiries, oversee tax adjustments and filings (W-2, 941, T4, etc.), conduct audits/reconciliations, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, support audits, and drive process and control improvements to reduce risk.

Support and secure multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) IL2-IL6 environments: design, deploy, and maintain authorizations/ATO/IATT via RMF and eMASS; implement cATO and automation; run vulnerability/compliance scanning and STIG remediation; produce reports and briefings; mentor staff and perform cyber management duties.

Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, Discovery, CMDB, ITOM). Build custom workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP), catalog items, and orchestrations. Troubleshoot, prototype, migrate data, follow documentation and configuration management, and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver end-user centric IT service automation.

Build, automate, and sustain secure CI/CD pipelines and hardened Kubernetes environments for DoD/Navy contexts. Automate security artifacts (SBOM, CVE scanning), enforce DISA STIG compliance, enable GitOps/IaC practices, support ATO evidence automation, and embed security in development. Contribute to feature code when needed and maintain version-controlled operational documentation.

Design and architect enterprise Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure. Lead development, code reviews, CI/CD, and troubleshooting; mentor junior developers; run workshops, produce engineering documentation, and participate in Agile/DevOps practices while ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and data governance.

The Build Engineer designs configuration management documentation, manages software builds, creates build environments, develops automation scripts, and supports cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Develop, configure, integrate, and operationalize command-and-control (C2) and Common Operating Picture (COP) applications. Build workflow automation, event management, alerting, data fusion, dashboards, and operator-focused UX. Support testing, interoperability validation, demonstrations, and operational readiness while collaborating with systems engineering and stakeholders.

Provide advanced HPC customer support for DoD supercomputing centers: install, configure, and verify user-requested applications; assist users compiling, debugging, and running codes; manage build environments, containers, and libraries; identify existing software solutions; and develop SOPs and ticket-routing workflows between support tiers and vendors.
