The Plant Controller manages financial and operational support for a manufacturing facility, including monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, cost reduction, productivity analysis, capital expenditure tracking, inventory and logistics analysis, account reconciliation, and internal controls. The role partners with plant and operations leadership to address financial trends, improve performance, and ensure accurate accounting records and reporting.

Sell connectivity and power products via inbound and outbound calls, provide pre-sales technical support and account management, qualify and upsell using CPQ and Salesforce, coordinate with field teams, maintain accurate reporting, achieve quotas, and support territory planning and quarterly business reviews.

Participates in a rotational operations leadership program focused on manufacturing process improvement, lean initiatives, quality, supply chain, productivity, engineering, and supervision. Designs and implements process improvements, leads cross-functional projects, collaborates with plant teams, presents results to senior leadership, and develops operational leadership skills through assignments across multiple business units and locations.
