The Enterprise Account Executive will lead strategic sales efforts with Fortune 1000 employers, owning the full sales cycle and managing relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include driving revenue, conducting consultative discovery, and navigating procurement processes.

Build and nurture relationships with benefits consultants and brokers, educate them on LearnLux product and roadmap, gather consultant feedback for internal teams, partner with sales to source and support leads, and share best practices to grow consultant partnerships across the Eastern US.

Lead end-to-end client implementation engagements for LearnLux's financial wellbeing platform. Manage cross-functional teams, project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and high-quality delivery. Drive process improvements, resolve issues, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
