The Director of HR Business Partnering serves as the strategic HR advisor to senior leadership for a geographically dispersed field and school organization. Responsibilities include workforce planning, succession, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, change leadership, employee relations, compliance, and coaching executives. The role leads HR support resources, uses workforce analytics to guide decisions, manages complex employee relations matters, and aligns people strategies with business objectives. Approximately 20% travel is expected.

Leads the Enterprise PMO and Domain PMO teams, overseeing enterprise project portfolio prioritization, governance, intake, resource capacity, reporting, and high-impact initiatives. Manages executive stakeholders, project management standards, Smartsheet processes, risk escalation, benefits realization, and continuous improvement. Owns IT finance activities including P&L reviews and annual budgeting, and serves as an IT incident escalation lead. Develops PM talent and ensures portfolio delivery aligns with organizational strategy and available resources.

Owns planning and delivery of a digital and martech portfolio, including websites, digital optimization, SEO, analytics, and marketing technology initiatives. Builds roadmaps, prioritizes requests, manages project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, and dependencies, and coordinates cross-functional teams across Marketing, IT, Data, and Operations. Tracks outcomes, communicates status to leadership, and ensures initiatives align with business goals.
